A: Orders placed before 8:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time, New York) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

A: Yes, orders may take longer to process during public holidays. Please keep this in mind when placing an order during these periods.

A: We primarily ship using DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Larger items may require specialized freight carriers, and delivery times may vary accordingly.

A: Delivery times are as follows:

- Transit Time: 3–8 business days (Monday to Friday).
