Lost or Stolen Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost or stolen after being marked as delivered, please contact the courier directly to file a claim. We will assist you in this process to the best of our ability.
Incorrect Shipping Information
The customer shall bear all costs associated with the reshipping of the order if a shipment is returned to us because the customer supplied inaccurate shipping information.
