Shipping Policy

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in India. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Method of Delivery

Most items are shipped via DHL Express By Air or UPS, but we might use specialized freight carriers for larger items. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for the tracking information to update.

International Shipping: 

We currently ship to USA. Please note that customs fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost or stolen after being marked as delivered, please contact the courier directly to file a claim. We will assist you in this process to the best of our ability.

Incorrect Shipping Information

The customer shall bear all costs associated with the reshipping of the order if a shipment is returned to us because the customer supplied inaccurate shipping information.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility:

• We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date
• Refunds are available for products purchased directly from Global Lights Hub.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

If your return is accepted, You have send a return , as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All return cost will be covered by buyer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
